At night revel in the clear, visible, incredible starlit sky. We must also mention the dazzling late summer storms of our "monsoon season", and the most colorful awe-inspiring sunsets.

This home is located within a few minutes' walk to the city pool, city park, skate park, tennis courts, basketball court, and splash pad for the little ones. Fully furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry. Water filtered through reverse osmosis system to the fridge. Double car garage and extra-large driveway. The house is on 2/3 acre, with loads of space for run and play. Fully fenced and landscaped gardens with lawn, trees, flowers, ponds, stamped concrete patio with pergola, lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, and barbecue. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Checkout time is 11:00 AM. - Remove all the used bed sheets, and pillowcases, and put them in the washer. - Turn off all appliances and electric heater
- Put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Put dishes away where you found them. - Lock all the doors and close all windows.
- Set the Central Air System to 80F when checking out in the summer, and 60F in the winter. - Put the house key back where it was found. - Take all garbage to the main garbage bin outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please lock all doors and windows when you leave.
Quiet time 10pm - 7am.
Trash is collected once a week, early Wednesday morning. Take the garbage bin to the curb on Tuesday evening.
