Grand Circle GetAway at Crimson Rocks

The perfect retreat for the outdoor enthusiast. Located in the heart of Southern Utah with close proximity to three national parks, numerous hiking and biking opportunities and near some amazing restaurants. This spacious new construction 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom home can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.

30 minutes to Zion National Park
70 minutes to Lake Powell
90 minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park
110 minutes to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon

This home features an open concept first floor with a well equipped kitchen with island seating to compliment the dining area. Other highlights include a balcony accessed through two of the bedrooms, large master bedroom with a gorgeous view, washer/dryer, garage parking for two and a small private backyard for star gazing.

The home is equipped with 3 queen size beds (one in each bedroom). All bedding, linens and towels are provided with your rental along with some basics (toilet paper, paper towels, hands soap, laundry supplies, etc). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc for cooking meals at the house. The living room features a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Showtime, etc and the house is equipped with high speed WIFI throughout.

Great place in a great location

My dad, brother and I stayed here during a tour of the Southwest. The place was perfect for us. It was clean, in a nice part of town and had plenty of space for us all. It was a great hub for hitting the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, the north rim of the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon.

Perfect base camp

This was the perfect spot for our 6 days visiting Southern Utah. Close to town, tons of room for us to spread out and rest after day excursions. Centrally located to Zion, Bryce, Coral sands, Hodoos Toadstools, and less than 5 miles to the Sand Caves. Tons of information about local hikes.

The apartment is a great spot for trips to all national parks around Kanab. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The quietness at night exactly that what we needed after long day trips. We will come back!

Great National Parks base

We were more than pleased with our stay in Kanab, made our visits to the National Parks a perfect vacation. Was a great place to get refreshed and ready to go the next day! The only suggestion would be to have a table lamp in the living room for more relaxing lighting in the evenings. Sister Getaway

We had a great time visiting Bryce and then Zion. We entered the East entrance at Zion in about 30 minutes and then it took about 20 more minutes to reach the visitors center to park our car. It was beautiful while driving down the scenic route and there were a few pull offs to take pictures. He left lots of toilet paper, soap and detergent for us to use. Enjoyed our trip!

Newer building, just as pictured! Great location for exploring Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Zion. Cute little town with quaint shops and good restaurants. Quiet setting. We stayed with 5 adults and there was plenty of space. Would stay again.

Nice house near center

We stayed for 4 days and used the house as base for all the NP nearby. Kitchen is nice equipped, AC is powerful. Only a BBQ and a table in the yard is missing for a perfect stay. Kanab is a cute village which provides everything for the daily needs.

We loved our stay at this place! It had everything you need and the location was awesome with several National Parks and State Parks near by. Would definitely highly recommend staying at this location and when we come back to Kanab I will be staying here again!
