This 3BR, 2.5BA townhouse is a comfortable 1,600 square feet with an open floor plan. Enjoy the fresh air & stunning views (with incredible stargazing opportunities!) from your private walk-out balcony on the second floor. Hikers & sightseers welcome! Our comfortable beds and central location near Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon make the perfect home base for your adventures!



The Space:

Crimson Canyon Condo is your Kanab launchpad to epic adventures! Not only centrally located to local attractions and national parks, such as Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. There is room for up to 10 guests in this tastefull decorated home. Our master suite boasts a king bed, the second room offers a queen and a sofa bed, and the third has a twin-over-full bunk bed with additional fold-out chairs (ideal for small children). Enjoy the dark starry skies of southern Utah or take advantage of the private sauna in your very own backyard.

Downstairs



Living Area - Open floor plan, comfy sofa, coffee table, end table, large Smart TV connected to our high-speed internet.



Kitchen - Fully equipped with a dining table for 6 and counter seating for 3 at the kitchen island. For effortless entertaining and meal prep, we've included a coffee maker, blender, griddle, crock pot, toaster, and an air fryer.



Back Patio - Perfect for dining al fresco, there's a BBQ grill and outdoor table.



Half Bath - Vanity, toilet.



Upstairs (all bedrooms)



Master Suite - new king bed with a plush mattress and bedding, Smart TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom. There's also a dedicated work space in case you need to plug in while here. The private walk-out balcony and patio are attached to this room, the perfect place to enjoy your morning brew and watch the sun rise over the majestic red cliffs.



Ensuite Bathroom - Vanity, toilet, shower/tub combo with complimentary toiletries.



Guest Bedroom 1 - Can sleep up to 4 and features a new, comfortable queen bed, plush bedding, sofa bed, spacious closet, and a Smart TV.



Guest Bedroom 2 - Can accommodate up to 5 with a twin-over-full bunkbed as well as two chairs that fold out to make additional sleeping mattresses (ideal for younger children). A Smart TV and another spacious closet complete this guest bedroom.



Guest Bathroom - Full bathroom with vanity, toilet, shower/tub combination, and complimentary toiletries.



Laundry Room - Also upstairs, the laundry room is equipped with a full capacity washer & dryer as well as complimentary laundry soap.



Attached Garage - private, secure parking.



Outside on your private patio you will find a brand new 4-person sauna!



Guest Access:

You will be provided with a code to enter the home prior to your arrival.



Guests will have full use of the townhome, garage, balcony, and patio.



The Neighborhood:

Crimson Canyon Condo is located in one of Kanab's newest developments, White Pocket Villas. Please note the address may not show up on some map programs due to the newness. If entering from the North you will come through downtown Kanab and take a left on 650 South (just before the Bureau of Land Management building). Drive 1 block and White Pocket Villas will be on your right.



If entering from the South on Hwy 89A you will take a right on 650 South (just past the Bureau of Land Management building). Drive 1 block and White Pocket Villas will be on your right.

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Right outside your front door is access to the Toms Canyon/Cliff to Cliff hiking trail! Squaw, Bunting and K-hill are some other hikes within minutes from the house, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.



Equestrian and biking trails are also available.



Getting Around:

Crimson Canyon Condo is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
