If you're visiting Southern Utah for the first time or you are returning for more adventures, you will find our townhome the perfect spot for your group accommodating up to 6 people. Located close to downtown Kanab, our townhome is the perfect spot to take leisurely strolls while taking in the views of the red rocks after you've enjoyed your morning cup of coffee on the back patio. After a day of exploring or visiting Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, or the Grand Canyon, end your day by taking a dip in the community pool!

The Space:
Our townhome is fully stocked with bathroom essentials (soap, shampoo, paper) kitchen and laundry products!

The townhome has 3 bedrooms upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twin beds in the third guest bedroom. There are night stands, luggage racks and large closets to store all your things.

If you're working, schooling or entertaining, our ultra-fast fiber optic connected 1GB wifi will keep everyone connected without slowdowns or interruptions.

We are centrally located to so many things you'll want to see and experience during your vacation. We are just 35 minutes to the east entrance of Zion National Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 90 minutes to the north along scenic highways and about the same distance to the south to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Whether you are here to visit southern Utah's world-famous national parks, monuments and state parks or volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society, our nation's no-kill largest animal sanctuary, the Wild Rose Country is a perfect basecamp for all your adventures.

There are several hiking trails you can get to right from our townhome which will take you up to the cliffs overlooking Kanab and into the canyons. Parking is free and you will have 1 dedicated covered parking spot as several other spots directly in front of our unit.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the townhome and the HOA facilities including the gym, seasonal hot tub, and pool. The pool and hot tub opens for Spring Break (typically the last week of March) and closes on October 1. Spring Break is an estimate because weather must be over 70 degrees for 3 consecutive days before the pool can open.

Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it! :) If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.

Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parkign stalls) etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner.

Note: Most GPS Systems will not take you to the correct address. Please search on "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT.

Getting Around:
Here in southern Utah, a vehicle is definitely needed to visit all the local attractions and depending upon your plans, a 4WD may be required. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. The exact date for opening the pool for 2023 has not been determined yet. It is typically the end of March/early April. The weather needs to be 70 degrees or higher for three consecutive days before we can open the pool.
