Great location near the main train/bus station (actually connected via tunnel) and nearby mall - loads of shops and restaurants. Nice rooms, a bit larger than the norm, with a nice bathroom configuration. Nice bar with great views located on the top floor. Highly recommend.

Large room by Japanese standards; great city view from 22nd floor; the Sky Lounge was very nice for a drink and margherita pizza. Happily at 8pm a pianist began who played soothing music Near train station and loop buses. Very helpful concierge. Luggage storage.

Nice hotel. Old World European traditional ambience. Although some wear is notable, overall comfort, service and style overweight the rest. Bathroom is updated and nicely appointed.
