Hostel vibe hotel with a nice bar on its 1st floor. Rooms are small but confy and clean. The only problem I found when I just got there was luggage overflowing the entrance and bar areas which makes it hard to walk around or sit at the bar. Once the luggage was out, I actually quite enjoyed that area thanks to the great drinks amazing staff.

I had a clean one bed unit. The staff at the cafe downstairs were friendly. Especially making their granola and fruit breakfast, Theie ginger tea was exequisite. Really appreciated the recommendation at Shirasagi for the best Ramen I've ever had. And they gave me directions to get to Kanazawa castle park and Kenroku-en while it was raining.

I was a little nervous about booking Hotel Pacific Kanazawa but I'm so glad I did! Such a great little place that is different from the norm. The combined cafe/bar downstairs was great and had delicious drinks - definitely recommend the ginger drinks here! The room was reasonably spacious (in line with other hotels for this price point in Japan), clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. Biggest benefit was the location, in a super convenient location to walk to so many great locations in Kanazawa and yet still managed to be tucked away on a quiet road. One of my favourite hotels I've stayed at, really recommended.

Amazing staff and a fantastic location! Nice quiet area where you can walk to all the sights of Kanazawa and the room was quite good as well! Highly reccomended for anyone solo!

This place was awesome! Our room was quaint and lovely, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they even helped us make a reservation for dinner one night! There was construction going on next door which was a little noisy at times, but that was just during normal work hours and you can't really fault the hotel for that. Overall I would aboslutely recommend this hotel as great bang for your buck and good location too, right down the street from Omicho market!

A fabulous hotel in a great location just a 15 minute walk from the train / bus station, and easily walkable to everything else including the fabulous market next door! Great rooms which are immaculately clean, great staff, very reasonably priced, and good breakfast and coffee (both not included). Why would you stay anywhere else?
