Great stay & super convenient

Great place to stay, 1 min walk from train station. Staff had good recommendations for places to eat nearby, lots of good food options at train station itself or within hotel and not far from Omicho market. Appreciated eco push - water bottles with refill stations on the floor. The rooftop champagne was really nice too.

Great hotel, great location, fantastic staff

Great location, the restaurant recommendation for dinner by one of the staff led to one of the best meals I’ve ever had (try Daisuke Steak). The hotel was clean, staff was great and room was comfortable. We’d definitely stay there again.

Firstly, this was a beautiful hotel. However, my main reason for loving it was that I actually left a backpack at the Starbucks next door and had left for Tokyo. I do not speak Japanese and I was leaving Japan 3 days later. The hotel staff actually helped me contact Starbucks to retrieve it and arranged for it to be shipped to my next hotel in a day and a half! Amazing service. I couldn’t thank them enough for being so awesome.

Excellent hotel beside the train station but still walkable to the main sights of Kanazawa. The rooftop bar with the twilight champagne hour was a highlight of the hotel

Reconsider for business

Hotels.com really doesn't work for a business traveller. I have had multiple instances where I have had to make changes to my itinerary. This lack of flexibility should make all reconsidering this site for anything other than vacations.

2 might stay at Kanazawa Hyatt Centric

Hotel is on the 2nd floor of the building do you arrive to an empty space, no bell boys, no greeting. just a space with a bank of elevators to take you to reception 2 floors above. I always find this type of hotel front depressing. I don’t know how single women feel about their security on a late night arrival.

This was the best hotel we have had in Japan !conveniently located next to train station - but no noise ! classic twin room is spacious and very pretty! Great amenities and breakfast. Not all 5 star hotels have smart Tv s but this one let’s you stream ecerything. ! Loved it

This is a very nice hotel that the bed was so comfortable and all the amenities provided by the hotel. The hotel staff was so helpful especially I forgot to turn off the do not disturb sign for housekeeping to clean our room. I emailed them with the ok to get in and clean which was completed without a hitch. Well done!
