The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and we got a huge bed in our room! Very comfortable and clean rooms, all sorts of amenities provided including pyjamas, bottles of water. I am especialy glad that they Nice view from our room too

おもてなしの心が、全てのスタッフの笑顔とサポートに 満ちているのが感じられました。このレベルを維持するのは、凄い事だと思いました。世界に自慢すべき加賀百万石の歴史街金沢と同様に、観光を支えるホテルスタッフの高いホスピタリティが、魅力的な東急ホテルさん。兼六園にも香林坊にも近い立地も最高ですし、また訪れたい、と 強く思わせてくれました。完璧なホテルでした。

The room was well-cleaned. We were introduced to some recommended restaurants and enjoyed some local food. The staff were also very kind, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Staff were fabulous! Kind and helpful. Lovely rooms and hotel. Highly recommend. Rooms were a little too warm, and couldn’t turn the AC on (being winter, I guess), only slight negative.

Really good location, with Kanazawa Castle, Kenroku-en Gardens, Omicho Market and the Samurai District all within 15 mins walk. Breakfast was a buffet style with a decent variety. The key problem I had with the hotel was that the rooms had a stale odour. I told reception, who were helpful and immediately changed my room to another floor, however the smell in the room remained. Realising changing the room again wasn't going to improve things, I made do. Had to leave the window open to air it out which helped but didn't remove it.

Absolutly loved it! Great room, great service and location could not have been any better :) Garens were a 5 minute walk away, metro literally next door, cool bars like the record bar just 5 minute walk. Also huge shopping centre opposite with Gucci, LV, Tiffany right outside so this is a very nice area to stay.
