The amenities were lovely and of super high quality and the communal gender segregated baths were so lovely to have on site. Everything was wonderful about our stay. The only complaint was that the room design was very awkward. A low large gathering table took up enormous space making it hard to find a space for luggage, hard to move around. The bathroom would have benefited from some hooks to hang towels or pjs.

Our stay of 4 nights was great! Onsen is very clean, hotel is nice and clean, rooms are large. Location was great, we walked everywhere and from the train station about 12 minute walk. If you have a car, there are lots of options but you must pay. Breakfast is traditional Japanese.
