Check in and out was very simple, done via machine but there are staff at check in desk to assist if needed. Luggage storage is available. Room was spacious with coffee table, chair and desk as well as bed and bathroom. Very close to the station for buses and trains as well as department stores and restaurants. Easy walk to all the key attractions in the city.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Very reasonably priced and guest rooms more spacious than most in its class. Just steps from the train and bus station, and across the street from a department store with many excellent restaurants. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They booked restaurants, hair salon appointments, and helped with luggage storage and shipment. Rio-san and Inomata-san were especially helpful and spoke excellent English.

Convenient location near Kanazawa station, making it a short walk for arrival and/or departure. Adjacent to Kanazawa Forus department store, there is plenty of food and shopping options. Check-in/out was very simple, done on the automated machine; since we arrived before check-in, they graciously held our luggage to allow us to explore the area freely. The room was clean and spacious (compared to Tokyo standards) and selection of amenities was very comprehensive, including bath bombs!

Hotel location is good as it's very near to the train station and highway bus centre. Room condition is average as the furniture is a bit worn out. No daily cleaning of rooms but you can leave your rubbish/garbage and towels outside your room in the morning and they will provide you with new towels (hang outside your door). There's a small microwave for common use but you will have to bring the food back to your room to eat (no common area to eat). Hotel can arrange luggage delivery to your next hotel destination but not to the airport. For luggage delivery to airport, you can go to Yamato Transport counter/shop at the Kanazawa train station. Surprise part of the hotel - they provide free amenities like sachets of cleansing oil, face wash, lotion, moisturizer in the reception lobby. I found these super convenient! Overall, will choose this hotel again only if the price is lower than the surrounding hotels

Excellent location right across from main train station and a nice walk to the places I wanted to see, like the castle and main garden. All checkin was via a kiosk, so no service to speak of. But all smooth. Comfortable bed but not so great on pillows.

Excellent hotel near Kanazawa station. The check-in/out machines worked well. Cleaning 1 night every 4, amenity bags left on door on non cleaning days. No fan in the washroom so had to run the air con on dry mode. Free drink bar in the lobby and amenities such as bath bombs, combs, toothbrushes. Overall a very nice hotel would return.
