Lovely clean room with views over Kandy. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The roof top bar is an added bonus. The hotels location in the Kandy hills is perfect. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but close enough to walk down to the lake.

Built like so much of Kandy on the side of a mountain, Grand Serendib Hotel offers a standard room with a great view. The room works well in terms of comfort with a pretty little balcony. We had an excellent buffet breakfast included. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Booked a Double deluxe room. Very good hotel with clean room, linen and bathroom with comfortable bed. Very good view from the balcony. Excellent continental buffet breakfast with live omelette station and Sri Lankan style food variety. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Not a great fan of the roof top bar.
