This vacation home is a beautifully restored house on the edge of the quiet village of Marici near Kanfanar. Villa Eufemia can accommodate up to 5 people, making it ideal for two couples or families with children. The well-tended garden offers complete privacy. Here you will find the private pool, which invites you to cool off on hot summer days, as well as a charcoal barbecue with an outdoor dining area. There is also a summer kitchen, soccer, table soccer and children's swings. A private parking lot for 3 cars is at your disposal. The rustic interior offers a special charm that is sure to enchant you. On the first floor of the vacation home there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a small bathroom. The first floor offers direct access to the outside area. On the second floor there are two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom. Villa Eufemia offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the 21st century and is in a good location as a starting point to explore all the beauties and sights of Istria.the vacation villa is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula near the small town of Kanfanar. The old architecture of the town and the surrounding villages is well preserved, olive trees dominate this area with its warm Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and the surrounding countryside are well known, not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but also for its excellent authentic Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique, enchanting place that has welcomed visitors and settlers from all parts of the world for as long as there have been historical records. The city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater and the Brijuni National Park with an 18-hole golf course are only a 20-minute drive away.
