The room was really spacious and had all amenities. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The bathroom seemed to attract a huge number of flies and bugs so would be worth investigating that. Overall brilliant stay!

The lorikeet suite I booked is excellent. Clean, nice with a small outdoor courtyard where we can sit and relax. The food served at the hotel restaurant is good quality and tasty. Although we faced the hot water issue, but the way the hotel handled the issue is very satisfactory. Highly recommend it to my friends and will come to stay next time when we are at Kangaroo Valley.

Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back here. We recently stayed 3 days here over Christmas and it was perfect. Rooms are spacious, well designed, well lit with spacious bathrooms and comfy beds/pillows, I especially loved how clean the place was and the location is right in the heart of the town center, it couldnt be more perfect!! And to top it off the staff were all so kind, gracious and the absolute best! Please pass that on, you have a superb team 👏 Cant wait to return 😁❤️🙏 10/10

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had and excellent coffee in the restaurant in the late afternoon when all the coffee shops in Kangaroo Valley were closed for the day. The only complaint we had was that there was a constant noise coming from what sounded like a commercial dryer or maybe a generator and it continued late into the night. When we woke on Sunday morning it was no longer going but soon started up again. It did spoil our stay unfortunately.
