Room was dirty, people hang out drinking outside talking loud my shower was not clean I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel. The bedding was not clean my stay there was horrible. I was scared to go to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

HOTEL STAY GONE WRONG

Unfortunate for me that I paid on line cause when I got there, they told me that my room didn't pass inspection as if I worked there and was responsible for cleaning under the bed and underneath all appliances. Their mistake left me without a place to stay overnight. I felt humiliated, depressed, and distraught. I had done nothing wrong. Their accusation was completely unfounded,and the punishment should have went to staff not an innocent person who only wanted to enjoy his hotel stay. I suggest no one should stay there. And if you do, get a lawyer and take pictures of your room before and after.

They do not allow pets only service animals, but it says pet friendly on their website and instead of refunding me my money they never checked me out and kept $350 of my money. It’s very ghetto. It looks like drifter stay there and they probably sell drugs out of that hotel.

Peaceful and Comfortable

It was amazingly comfortable, I slept well into the morning hours. Staff did meet my needs whenever I sought them out. Check in and out was done quickly and with efficiency. Thank you very much. I will surely recommend American Motel to my friends. I really enjoyed my stay.

American Motel stay Kansas City

I did have an issue where my reservation was made from a third party company. I'm mistakenly chose one day later instead of the current day to extend my stay. However it would have been nice for them to understand that my reservation was confirmed and just simply utilize that to continue my current stay. However, I had to still go back to the third party company to change my reservation which was a bit tedious. Other than that they themselves did a great job at helping me. The pillows are not very sturdy which I like sturdy pillows so I had to use three to feel good. Other than that I was satisfied at the level I expected.

Check in room awhile. Lots of road noise in my room. Getting to the hotel not easy. Dark and rough road. motel itself was very dated. Room had significant wear. I guess I got what I paid for. As it was very inexpensive

The property was clean and the room I stayed I for three days, was also up to the cleaning standards. Motel staff were kind and helped when needed. The price was also cheaper than most. But you will need a vehicle if you stay there. Unless you like to Uber or Lift.
