Way too expensive. Small bed. Restricted WiFi access, and less than expected customer service from front desk. The location is nice with lots of places to go and things to do, but the room itself was not worth the cost. Not even close.

In my first room I seen a small bug crawling under the sheet when I did my inspection upon entering the room. The attendant just happened to know on the door with the towels I requested about 10 seconds later and I explained what I just saw. He promptly looked for the big and said he would get me a new room immediately. The second room had no bugs but did have dirty sheets. The attendant brought me some “clean” sheets that also had a stain on them. The rest of the room was clean and the staff was nice.

The hotel staff came in my room before check out & throw away $300 worth of food that was in the refrigerator. We left out to have a cigarette around 9 o’clock and check out was Noon

American Royal!

Good hotel. Location to get to he American Royal was excellent and easy. Did not spend much time in the room, but over all it was an acceptable experience. nothing to complain about. Only real issue was the room was to hot and the Thermostat was not obvious. Overcome by opening a window.

It was easy to get to and out of, with easy access to shopping and food. However the lights in parking lot make it hard to block out even with the black out curtains due to the holes in them.

Staff at this hotel are above and beyond. Very helpful and pleasant. Check in was quick and effortless. Rooms are fantastic. Hotel amenities are great! Highly recommend this facility.
