Our stay was not plassent! The bathroom sink was clogged, the toilet was missing a bult, the toilet seat was so lose, their was a huge hole in the floor!

I had a very terrible experience compared to other comfort inns. The rooms were having a typical smell. My toilet was backing up and no one came to clean it. Front desk was helpful but seems like they were understaffed. I dont think i will stay there again.

Upon check-in receptionist insured her personal cell phone and continued with phone conversation for 10 minutes while I waited to check in. Took me 20 minutes to check in. Rooms were completely dilapidated. Sheet rock falling from corner of the malls and ceiling. Every wall was cracked. Air conditioner was not efficient. Was very disappointed in the condition of both of our rooms as we have booked this motel for vacation. I always stay at comfort Inn and suites with no issues. This is by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in and either needs remodeled or tore down.

For the money, worked great for us. Super close to Worlds and Oceans of fun, less than 5 minutes, which was great. Great breakfast, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, fruit and waffles! More than plenty! Friendly Staff! We had two rooms with 4 beds total and they went out of their way to get them connected, which we appreciated. One bed wasn’t great, sloped in the middle a bit, but for the price didn’t mind and still got a good nights sleep. Would return!
