I had an amazing time. The service was wonderful facility was very clean. They even allow me to check in early at no extra cost. I love it.

FEES! FEES! FEES!

You pay online AND at the hotel, there are additional fees at check-in AND check-out. Super bogus; will not be coming back.

Poor service!!

When we arrived to check in after a very long day of travel, we were met with the hostess telling us we had to pay more after pre-booking through Hotels.com and pre-paying for the room. We were told that Hotels.com did not pay the full amount. When we objected the hotel manager or owner was called and he was not helpful at all. In fact he told us we could just leave and he would cancel. It was late and we ended up paying the extra money. The room was fine, but both the toilet paper roll and the towel bar fell off the wall. Breakfast was not great. Find another hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was awful. Our reservation price did not match the total at check out at the hotel. However the lady at the desk was quick to fix it. Extra fees were added once we arrived that were not stated prior.
