Second time staying at this hotel and staff, location and amenities are why we returned. I did notice small features in the room showed wear & tear or were broken. Otherwise I'll stay here again next time we're in the KC area.

Great staff, worn out facilities.

First room door lock was broken. Replacement room a/c didn't want to turn on and the shower was inoperable. Facilities aside, staff were excellent.

Boogers were lined up on the couch. Bad placement for the shampoo it felt awkward taking a shower. The price for the room is severely inflated. It wasn't worth the money and I should've went to a different location. The room is so small there is no space between the bed and the AC. One bed was overwhelmingly cold and the other bed was perfect.I'm not an elevator mechanic, but when the elevator is leaving the 1st floor it didnt feel safe. I was mostly disgusted with how dirty it was compared to other hotels with lower rates.
