Pros - hotel is updated and clean; convenient location with a restaurants and grocery store nearby; the tram/bus is right out front. Con - noisy/poor sound proofing from outside, we heard the from the tram outside our window every 20/30 mins and all the other noises from outside. For breakfast, one morning where they were running behind and still setting up at 6am so not all the breakfast items were available. Typical breakfast options.

The parking cost 20 dollars and was across from the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. Corners in rooms had dust/dirt nd shower had hair in it.
The door to our first room after the door locked behind us and would not open. We were locked out of our room with none of our belongings for two hours while a handyman had to work on getting the lock open.
This was the first thing I noticed when we went to our second room. Par for the course.

Staff were extremely rude, except for the lady that helped us check in. The lady doing breakfast and the man at the front desk were extremely rude to all guests. The lady doing breakfast yelled at people for making a mess with the eggs because a few got on the counter. She screamed at people for being “coffee drinkers and they’re the worst”. She was so rude to everyone.

One person at the desk and a line at 3p. Not unexpected at check in time on a Saturday afternoon. Sluggish, but reasonably efficient. Seemed to have some problem with housekeeping that required interaction with staff; inbound phone calls that were distracting to and slowed the registration process. Room is nice, modern. The layout and fixtures are purposeful and cool.
