The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dropping ceiling material into the bathroom the entire stay, the breakfast staff was overwhelmed and couldn’t keep up, the “bacon” was cut up lunch meat, the room door didn’t shut without slamming it and it wouldn’t shut tight.

Ok but not great

When arriving we were greeted and the young man helping us was friendly. The elevator was not working (3 stories), we were on the second floor and we were offered to be moved to the 1st floor which is where i believe the next problem stemmed from. We were awaken just before 1 am with someone trying to get into our room. He was given a room key and assigned pur room. There was an odd smell but nothing that was too bothersome. Really those were the only things that came up over than that it was a hotel room.

Our room was convenient, but could have used a deep clean or refresh. There was some gum stuck to the floor in front of the fridge and popcorn under the couch (discovered when the pull out bed was used). Just disappointed that after we reported it, housekeeping did not remove either. There were also several stains on the walls. Bed and bathroom were clean.

The property was in poor condition and the website was very misleading. Wallpaper was falling off the walls and the bathroom tub and shower was completely worn out. They clearly hired the cheapest contractor to remodel this building. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly as the floor was sagging. Also, you could see light from the hallway with the main door closed. Staff didn't welcome us to the hotel and there was no sign of badges either.
