overall very happy with the stay and customer service. We had an issue everyday with our room key not working and having to have it fixed which was really inconvenient to go to the room and then go back to the front desk. That being said, the issues were quickly resolved without any lengthy drama. The staff was really kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff was very kind as well. Overall, THE STAFF IS AMAZING at the location we stayed. TROOST Kansas city, MO!!!!!
