This newly remodeled home in Kansas City, KS will give you all the modern, sleek, WOW vibes you are looking for. We are right off I70, in walking distance of Quick Trip and less than a mile away from many dining options, grocery stores and liquor stores. We are just 6 minutes away from The Legends where you’ll find Kansas Speedway, Sporting KC, shopping, entertainment and many more dining options. Only 15 minutes from downtown, Power and Light and Crossroads, and 25 minutes from the airport and Chiefs and Royals Stadiums, you will be centrally located for all the major attractions in KC! Our home is full of amenities, activities/games for families, a giant patio, deck and huge back yard. Not only will you have plenty of space to spread out inside, but outside as well.

You’ll enter this spacious home via a secure keypad which will let you in and out of the home with ease. The code will be provided at the time of booking, so no need to keep track of keys during your stay!

Upon entering the space, find yourself in the entry room which leads into either the kitchen or living room. The open floor plan offers a generous living room and dining area, flooded with ample natural light. In the living room, kick back and turn on the smart TV, also equipped with an old school DVD player and some classic DVDs. Head on into the dining room for some dinner or games, seating 6 people. Off the dining room are sliding glass doors leading you onto the upper-level deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Continue into the kitchen area where you’ll find additional seating for 4 as well as a bar stand with plenty of wine glasses and accessories to enjoy both your favorite red or white. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with everything you'd expect to find in your own home. Make yourself a cup of coffee using either the Keurig, one of two different sizes of coffee pots or the pour over.

Also on the main floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms. The master has a king (Sleep Number). The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a queen and 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own TV equipped with Roku as well as black out curtains. Two desks with chairs are available for all your business needs along with 1G super fast internet. The 3rd bedroom is the perfect space for children including a DVD player with children’s DVDs as well as games, puzzles and other activities. If you have tiny ones, we do have a baby gate for the stairs as well as a pack and play. An air mattress, extra sheets, blankets and pillows can be found in one of the bedroom closets.

There are 2 bathrooms on the main floor, one being private off the master. The shared bathroom features a spacious double sink vanity, offering ample space for getting ready. Both bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toiletries, feminine products and more. In the hall closet you will find plenty of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.

Head on downstairs into the finished basement where you will find another living room area which includes yet another TV equipped with Roku, DVD player, DVDs, and a Nintendo. Additionally, there is a Pop-A-Shot basketball game and a pub table accompanied with four stools. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto a MASSIVE patio area where you’ll find a gas grill and patio furniture (basketball goal coming soon)! Enjoy an almost fully private backyard while relaxing on the patio or playing some yard games.

Off the finished basement, you’ll find the laundry room with a washer, dryer and laundry necessities. Continue into the huge 2 car garage to find the ping pong table where you can enjoy a few matches on our full-size table or a game of cricket on the dart board!
