Telephone AI Bot tells you that there is no airport shuttle at this property. We found out the next day that they do offer a shuttle. We Ubered for $30. Like most hotels these days, you cannot call the hotel directly. The Bots won again!

The room was very nice, we opted for the two queen beds with balcony room. The down side was all the three pillows provided were same size - too high! Left me with neck ache. A good recommendation would be to have choice of pillows in beds

We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. The location was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and lines very nice. Fridge was big enough for our needs. The shower was fantastic! Staff was friendly, breakfast had hot options. Nothing spectacular but appreciated nonetheless. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good. The value was amazing. Higly recommend.

The hotel felt safe. Appeared clean. Our room had a musty smell. Thought maybe someone left balcony open and carpet got damp. Nearest elevator was not working. Decent breakfast. Lobby smelled like flowers.

The staff was incredibly pleasant and the room was clean band the bed was comfortable. You can get a cocktail in the evening and breakfast in the morning. They offer long term parking at a very reasonable rate with shuttle to and from the airport. Will definitely stay again when flying out of KC

Nice hotel that's close to the airport.

Hotel was nice and close to the airport. Missed the free breakfast due to an early flight. Towels were a bit rough and would've been nice to have a wider variety of bed pillows. All 4 of them were extremely thick, so if you’re used to a thin, soft pillow, you may be disappointed. I would still recommend staying here if you need someplace cloce to the airport.

Good place for travelers to airport

Check in was a breeze. I was greeted in a friendly manner and everything was explained thoroughly. I appreciate the lighted parking and shuttle service to the airport. The only issue I had was that the room had an odd smell, not bad but not pleasing, either. I was only at the hotel for a few hours of sleep before catching a very early morning flight. The shuttle service was phenomenal.
