They told me that if I didn't pay 90.00 by 4 o'clock Thursday the 15th that the room would not be booked. So Saturday the 17th we booked at another hotel. Monday when we were home I noticed a change of 89.00 to my bank account from Quality Inn Lenexa. I called them and asked why I was charged for the room and they told me because I hadn't called and cancelled the room I was still charged the booking fee. The desk clerk told me to call back Tuesday the 20th before 9qm and talk to the manager. I called at 8 am and the manager said he was on the phone and would call me back ASAP. I called again at 9 am and the clerk said the manager was still on the phone and that he would call me back as soon as he could. The manager never called.
