The room was in good condition. The refrigerator was loud. The staff was kind. We were told if we joined a rewards program with the hotel (for free), we could extend our check-out time to 1pm. Between 11a and 12:55p, we had two separate hotel staff knock on our door asking us when we'd be leaving. It was very frustrating and caused unnecessary anxiety and stress. We would have been happy to leave at the normal check-out time. They should not have offered us a free check out time extension if they were not going to honor it.
