First day toilet was blocked then something on the bed bit my son. I guess that’s why it’s cheaper than other places. Location was not that convenient. I would not stay there again

This time, I stayed in the presidential suite, which was very spacious. The staff were very friendly, and check-in was completed quickly. The only disadvantage is the insufficient Internet bandwidth at night; even watching YouTube on the in-room TV isn't good enough. The room had a bar with an induction cooker, but there is no cooking utensils or tableware, only a kettle. Overall, it was still a very good stay.

Good staff, could communicate well. Rooms were creative and well kept. Elevators were too crowded and inefficient. Some parts of the room were a bit of a waste of space and little bit unclean. Didn’t have hot water for 2 days but it was ok. View was a bit lacking.

Hotel staff were always polite and friendly, assisting with requests and making you feel welcomed. Breakfast had good variety - Western style toast and croissant or Asian style congee, noodles, steamed dim sum, braised meat and stir fried veggies etc. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Lobby smelt fragrant. Overall pleasant stay and would highly recommend the Themed rooms which can include foosball table, Nintendo/PS3, Mahjong table, arcade etc. depending on the room you get.

Not really a foreigner friendly hotel. The staff WAS friendly, just limited in communication. The hotel itself maybe didn't have the best construction; could hear the yelling/crying child next door all night. For the level of quality, the price doesn't match. I would have just spent the extra $30 and stayed at a brand name hotel instead.

Room is clean, staff is helpful and friendly. The areas around are quiet. There is a quiet and big coffee shop next to the hotel and is so relaxing. 美麗島 MRT station is just 8 to 10 mins walk.
