Kawai Shores is absolutely beautiful. They have tons of amenities and great entertainment. The only issue I have with them is the parking lot. It’s free parking but because of the restaurant and other places nearby it is very hard to find a parking spot.

It’s a very nice hotel. The lava lava club that is attached to the lobby is not part of the hotel and is just mediocre for the price. The beach looks amazing but it has a very strong rip tide. Talked to a local surf instructor and he said “ do not let your kids swim there” which really sucked. The hotel staff was very friendly. Gave us great tips on what to do. You are in walking distance to the coconut market!

Another great stay at Kauai Shores! I would recommend for families as well as honeymooners. Great location on the beach. The restaurant on site is great with other options nearby. We utilised the bikes on site to travel down the boardwalk. I can’t say enough about Th e service and laid back vibe of Kauai Shores, Mahalo!

Very cool, unique hotel. Staff was great and free bottle of wine was a nice perk. Loved the decor. Staff were wonderful. Great restaurant with beautiful ocean view. Thursday night dinner had live music which was fun. Nice pool area and lawn area for kids to play plus corn hole. Highly recommend.

This hotel is definitely a gem. The rooms are recently updated. The grounds are clean and they have lots of cute places to relax and enjoy the views. The beach isn’t swimmable but you can definitely get your feet wet and take in the breeze. The hotel restaurant and bar were great with good food and great service. Overall this was a pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful gem! I booked this late and didn't have many choices, but when I go to Kauai again, I won't want to stay anywhere else. This hotel is not fancy, but it's lovely, modern, and clean with all you need - responsive and friendly staff, pool, access to beach, lawn games, fire pits, a great restaurant and bar, and nightly live music. Close enough to walk to some shopping. The vibe at this hotel couldn't be better - I was with a friend, but it's terrific for families. The only small drawback is that the surf on the adjacent beach is very rough and very rocky, so if you're planning to spend a lot of time in the ocean, this is a consideration, especially for kids. Other than that, Kauai Shores Hotel is perfection in my mind.

Great location! Rooms were Newley renovated and clean. Lava lava beach club was very convenient place to grab drinks or food in a pinch. This hotel pretty much had every amenity .The only problem I would say is that the parking fills up very quickly and lot is small.

Wonderful stay. Nicely remodeled. Be aware there is no elevator, but it’s a short flight of stairs to the second floor. Friendly staff. Free bike rentals and valet. Restaurants are close by. Would definitely stay again!
