2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, ground floor, cute and cozy end unit apartment with approximately 634 square feet of living area is conveniently located in Kapaa Town. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Kauai Village, Monico's Tequira, Bull Shed, Oasis on the Beach and Kenji Burger featured on "Diners, Drive Ins and Dives". A great rental if you are looking for value and convenience. No swimming pool on property, no air conditioning. Ceiling fans in each room.

Centrally located on Kauai’s eastern shore make this the perfect Kauai vacation rental. Located next to the Coconut Grove at Waipouli, Kauai one of the largest coconut groves on the island where Hawaiian Royalty once went horseback riding. Located just steps from the Ke Ala Hele Makalae Bike Path!

The kitchen and dining area has slider glass doors opening up to a cozy back lanai where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy cooking and eating meals in a fully stocked kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and other amenities. No BBQ grill on property. Beach Gear provided includes: beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler.

The Living room offers a 40" Smart TV with Spectrum Cable channels. Complimentary high speed internet and WiFi is also available. Queen size sofa sleeper in living room. The primary bedroom has a Cal king size bed and a half bath, closet and ceiling fan.
The guest bedroom has a Cal king size bed, closet and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a full bathtub and shower.

A coin operated washer and dryer are available at the property. Parking and Wi-Fi is complimentary. Owner has collected local art purchased from her visits to the islands displayed in unit.

Il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs facile de rĂ©server. Il est facile de communiquer avec les gestionnaires. PropriĂ©tĂ© trĂšs propre, cuisine complĂšte Il y a deux chaises de plage, 4 chausses seraient mieux car nous Ă©tions 4 adultes. La prioritĂ© est Ă  moins de 5 minutes de la plage Ă  pied L’épicerie est aussi Ă  moins de 5 minutes Ă  pied. La prioritĂ© est trĂšs bien situĂ©e sur L’l’ile Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable. Only downside was that the unit does not have air conditioning - due to the fact that there are buildings between this unit and the water and it is a good ways away from the water the unit doesn’t get any breezes off the water. There are ceiling and poll fans in each room but it still got pretty hot in the u it at times

Very nice condo. It is located at Kapa'a, which is 1 hour drive from North and South coast attractions. Within walking distance, there are nice restaurants, liquor stores and a Safeway. Beach is within a few minutes of walking. Inside the condo there are two bedrooms with 1 king size bed in each. Linens are well stocked. It also has a nice kitchen and family room. Very clean throughout. Parking is easy as the space is right the door step.

Not Bad but Not Great

Pros: close to lots of coffee shops, main roads, shops, etc. The property is clean for the most part. Lots of towels for the beach and showering which was nice. Main bathroom was nice. Kitchen has what you need. Parking right outside. Cons: VERY VERY VERY loud residents upstairs. The residents in the unit above were up through the whole night every single night we stayed. You could hear all their footsteps, furniture moving, arguments, hacking, conversations, etc. There’s also a loud generator sound outside which makes it even harder to sleep. We barely got any sleep during the trip. We did find a roach in the larger bathroom, but otherwise that bathroom was fine. The smaller half bathroom in one of the rooms smelled like urine. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the toilet or pipes, but as soon as we checked in, the smells of urine was filling the room and lingered till the next day. Luckily there was some spray to help with the odor. A door to the bathroom would have been nice to help control the smell and for privacy. Another con is that the WiFi is horrible. Overall this place is an okay stay if you’re not looking for luxury and just need someplace to stay for a few nights. I wouldn’t book again though.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch liebevoll dekoriert. Das KrĂ€hen der HĂŒhner ist gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig, betrifft aber die gesamte Insel und von daher hat das nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Wir konnten auf Nachfrage auch etwas spĂ€ter aus checken, was fĂŒr uns sehr angenehm war. Es ist im Prinzip fĂŒr alles gesorgt und alle wichtigen Sachen sind in der NĂ€he. Zudem ist Kapaa ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um alle möglichen AusflĂŒge nach SĂŒden und Norden zu starten. Auf alle FĂ€lle eine Empfehlung. Schon im Vorfeld und auch die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes war der Kontakt sehr angenehm und und hilfreich. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe von der gesamten Familie, werden an euch denken, wenn wir wieder in Heidelberg sind.🌈đŸŒș mahalo

Great budget condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's not very big, more a place to sleep as opposed to hanging out, because of it's smaller size. It was clean, and had all basic amenities. Loved the 1 1/2 bath!!! Appreciated the beach chairs and towels a lot! Just a 3 minute walk from the ocean. Laundry was outside, but worked just fine. Good communication as needed with the management. It was a positive experience!

Nice and easy. We had five people, which was pushing the limit of comfortability and ease. Would probably recommend 3 people for a comfortable stay. Having recycling services was great. Lots of nice details.

Great - just as expected

We were real happy with our stay. This ground floor property was accurately described and reasonably priced. It has comfy king beds, quality equipped kitchen and clean and well maintained bathrooms. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher. There is an occupied property above this VRBO. There’s a little traffic noise, but the location - short walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants - made this VRBO favorable. The chickens run wild and a few roosters like to remind you they are there. We didn’t need air conditioning because there was a constant breeze and plenty of floor & ceiling fans. Hardly any clean up required upon check out. No need to keep track of property keys, just remember the door code.

The PERFECT location!

This property was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the property was stocked; plenty of seasonings, beach chairs / umbrellas / tent / towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toaster, coffee maker with coffee filters, THE LIST IS ENDLESS!! All the essentials. This property was perfectly situated for all of our needs! So many shops, restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, and beaches near by. Only 30 minutes to get to the North or South and an hour and 10 to Waimea Canyon. No AC as disclosed in the listing, but with the windows open and plenty of fans, we were always comfortable. We would 100% come back to the exact place, book it now!!

Excellent condo right on the beach.

Nice, clean and conveniently located it was as advertised. Our family of five enjoyed our stay with two teenage daughters. Best part we liked was we can just walk to the beach anytime either early morning or late evening. Only gripe we have is the tenets upstairs was making lot of thudding noise especially during the night we were sensing that they are doing it on purpose to discourage people to rent. This place is for who loves country atmosphere with chicken running around and waking up on a rooster call. We loved it and had a wonderful stay.

Was not happy with the property

Pictures look much better than real thing. A sign at the door says “shoes off” when we checked in, I did and my feet became totally sandy. Place was not swept properly. No view, back to a bldg that looks like a prison In front to a unkempt area a parked car that was dilapidated. It was hot as blazes, no air. First floor, upstairs guests stomped constantly. Could not open windows because the tens of roosters crowed starting at 3:30am. I booked it because I wanted 2 bedrooms, but I will never go back to this property. Also, check out at 10am is unreasonable. Check in is at 3pm, needing 5 hours to clean such a small place (after a 3 day stay) makes no sense. The mgmt was responsive but gave us info we could find online, nothing really local. It was overpriced for the experience. The island is beautiful, if I come back I will stay elsewhere.

Unit was fine and as advertised. Only issue was the noisy roosters! Of course that is an issue most everywhere in Kauai. Squirting them with lemon water helped keep them away.
