PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Stunning property

We were absolutely amazed but the unit, the location, decor and views were spectacular. Property managers were very attentive to our needs. Absolutely loved the secluded beach, we are already talking about returning and this unit will definitely be our first choice.

Beautiful updated property

Lovely location, and very clean and updated property. Ground floor unit is very nice , like having your own lawn, with gray ocean views from all rooms and patios. Newly renovated throughout. Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Close to the property pool and the way walk to the beach.

Paradise in Kapalua

We have stayed at the Kapalua Bay Villas several times and have never been disappointed. This condo was fabulous. It had all the amenities you could ask for. We reached out to the property management for a couple of small issues, and they always responded quickly and solved the issues. This location is one of the best we've stayed at. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Kapalua.

Best place on earth!

I've been to Maui many times. This was my first time bringing my kiddos, as I wanted to share my love for the island. We had the vacation of a lifetime. Our place was part of this. It was the perfect size for our family, excellent location, private, just wonderful. We had everything we needed to cook, shower, etc. We can't wait to come back...I'm already planning for 2025 Christmas!!

The Villa is in a great location, the kitchen is clean and well stocked, and the views were fantastic! We could watch the whales from the balconies! The only drawback was the bed... The bed creaked with every movement and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We did not sleep very well... at all... Unless the bed was changed, we would not stay at this villa again. Despite the lack of rest, we still had a great time in a great location.

Kapalua Villa G2

We were thrilled with the condo! Beautiful views, quiet location, close to the pool and grills, and easy park to your front door. Four outdoor areas to pick from when you want to enjoy the scenery. And we especially liked having king sized beds in the 2 bedrooms. We were so happy with our decision to stay here. Beauty all around us and total comfort side this wonderful condo. Thank you for a fabulous week in Maui and hope to return one day again for another stay!

Fabulous!

Everything was perfect at this rental. So much beauty all around us and views from pretty much all of the condo. We loved having coffee on the porch and watching the beautiful ocean. The house was immaculate and in perfect shape, would love to come back here and stay again.

Excellent for family of 4 with breathtaking views

Our family of 4 (kids 12,9) enjoyed staying here. We loved having beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a cooler provided for our stay. Short walk to the beach and just a five minute drive to great snorkeling beaches. 10-15 minutes to Safeway and shopping. The house has everything you need and was very clean. Very quiet location. We also did grocery pickup through the guest services at Safeway and our groceries were waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you.

The landscaping in the Bay Villas community was breathtaking. The house is nicely furnished and in particular we enjoyed the Hawaiian art throughout the house. The kitchen was highly functional and well equipped. The windows in the house are designed to given great ventilation. We rarely used the A/C, but rather opened up all the windows to enjoy the natural breeze. We appreciated the concierge service that came with the rental that helped us arrange local activities.

The ground floor location also makes it much easier to go in and out - to the beach or walking in the area. The unit has clearly been recently remodeled, the bathrooms and kitchen are stunning. Kitchen was incredibly well appointed. Im a cook and was happy to find everything I could possibly need. Internet was fast too, a godsend since I had to work on a couple of the days. Cannot wait to return!

The view from the main room and the master bedroom are unmatched. We saw whales every day jumping in frolicking. The pool and amenities are lovely and the location is perfect to be able to see everything Kapalua has to offer. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has a wonderful view. I would highly encourage the owners to update the furnishings in the living room. The small pull out sofa is incredibly uncomfortable and the two chairs are as well. The coffee table is very worn. A sectional and new coffee table/television would be greatly appreciated. I would love to stay at this home every year going forward if they were willing to make some upgrades.

The villa was very clean and set up nicely. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be back for sure.

Mixed Feelings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The furniture and views from the upstairs bedroom were fantastic! The kitchen was updated. The living space was not great, but adequate. The bathrooms were old and outdated. The walls on the shower were covered with mildew, the dryer did not work, and the sheets were ripped.

Outstanding View!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love the privacy and views of this unit at Kapalua. We have stayed in others and this is our favorite. The panoramic views are breathtaking! We saw numerous whales every day. The updated kitchen is beautiful, and we liked the level entry for unloading groceries. Our only suggestion is to replace the wicker chairs in the bedroom. That is where the best view is, and they're just not comfortable for long periods of time. We recommend nice easy chairs with ottomans, or good quality recliners. Other than that, we wouldn't change a thing, and we will definitely be back!
