Located on the hillside of Kapalua, this architecturally appealing resort offers spacious one, two and a rare three bedroom villa options. Ridge Villas guests can enjoy two heated pools, gas BBQs access to the Kapalua Tennis Garden courts.

This upgraded townhome offers amazing ocean views from the main level in addition to the master bedroom suite upstairs. Ocean view living, ocean view dining, ocean view lounging...the perfect getaway spot for up to four guests.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. We loved this place! Definitely coming back. Wonderful location with a sprawling view of the sea from upstairs and downstairs and right up against a golf course in the back, so gorgeous that direction, too. Management was prompt and professional. Finding the place is a bit tricky at first, but management was responsive to our outreach for support. It’s a somewhat big condo complex and once you understand it, it’s easy.

1st Time in Maui - Spectacular Townhome

My daughter and I celebrated her graduation from high school and pending military service in the marines at this amazing townhome in Maui. The home was as perfect as described, with all of the amenities. We enjoyed the pineapple that was awaiting us and the island coffee. The space was perfect for the both of us. The sofa bed was super comfortable. Drinking coffee on the lanai was a pleasure every morning and we cooked many meals together. The residence is just a short walk from the best beaches. The villa property is meticulously cared for, safe and very quiet and peaceful. Thank You for a fabulous place to celebrate!!

Great location

Great location Unit needs a few minor repaires-shower head, burnt out lights. We had an issue with a smoke detector alarm beeping on a Saturday evening and we were unable to get in touch with the property manager. We finally reached someone Sunday and they fixed the problem immediately.

Amazing view!

We loved the layout of the Villa, the location was perfect was for walking the Coastal Trail, and we so enjoyed sitting outside watching the whales! The area is beautiful and quiet, yet nearby to great restaurants such as Miso Phat Sushi, Joey’s Kitchen and Fond.

Wonderful home away from home

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you could ask for. It’s well maintained and right on the golf course, within walking distance of a fantastic snorkeling beach with sea turtles, great restaurants and hiking trails. We would definitely return to the Ridge. This is our second year staying here, and we were very happy.

Beautiful condo!

The management group was communicative but we had no issues or questions so our communication was minimal. Condo has very nice furnishings and deco. The view of the ocean is amazing, especially from the 2nd floor windows!

The only complaint we have is the air conditioner in the primary bedroom was really loud.

Kapalua Ridge Villas

I absolutely loved this home. We arrived at night and had a hard time finding the place but the project manager on duty was great and helped us navigate where to go. This villa was immaculate. Clean gave new paper towels new dish soap new sponges which was a big plus for me it’s the little things that make a difference. It was close to everything the view was spectacular and it was quiet. The pools were great there are grills in the pool area which was a plus.

A fantastic property in an excellent location

We loved our stay at this condo. The location was perfect with access to some of the best beaches in Maui. The shuttle service was fast and convenient, we didn’t have to worry about parking. The condo was clean, spacious with a great view! There were great walking and running trails right from the condo. We enjoyed relaxing mornings and evenings enjoying the view. The condo had beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear. We were surprised by a mid stay linen change and cleaning. We would definelty stay here again.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time here! The only downside was out of the owners' control - construction next door and some midday power washing in the unit above that forced us to close the windows for a few hours. But the view is beautiful and it's a fairly easy walk down to the water and to several beautiful beaches! The kitchen was fairly well stocked and there was plenty of beach/snorkel equipment. Bring your own 2-ply toilet paper and you'll love it here!

Great property

Easy everything. Clean. Beautiful views. Loved having a kitchen. All the windows have louvers on them so you can easily and safely open all of them for great cross breezes. We only used the A/C one time while we were here.... and it is LOUD. But it works!
