The 30 m² roof terrace with a view of the marina on one side and the Schleim estuary on the other offers a fantastic view and all-day sunshine. On the terrace below, with access from the living and dining area, a comfortable seating area invites you to linger.



Thanks to large windows and the unique location of this house, the open-plan living and dining area offers an unobstructed view of the sailing and sports boat harbour and is characterised by modern furnishings and exceptional lighting solutions. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with its extensive equipment and washing and drying combination.



Two bedrooms offer space for 4 adults. The master bedroom is a particular highlight. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window front in front of a direct water backdrop, dreams come true here. The floating house can be accessed from all sides via a patio door.



The modern bathroom with a very generous mirror surface between the shower and window opens up new perspectives. A Finnish sauna in a bay window solution provides wellness and the underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cosy comfort at any time of year.



The Waterfront holiday apartment offers guests sophisticated entertainment with high-speed Internet and digital television.



A private parking space with a wallbox (for a fee) is located directly in front of the jetty, but there is no boat mooring at the house.



Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
