Welcome to the "Baltic Pearl" – your oasis with a breathtaking harbor view in Olpenitz! Immerse yourself in a top-class vacation apartment located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) and offering everything you need for a unique Baltic Sea vacation across approximately 97 square meters.
The light-filled living/dining area invites you to enjoy convivial gatherings, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to make cooking together a culinary experience. In the living room, a comfortable sofa awaits you, where you can relax and unwind in front of the fireplace at the end of your vacation days.
The two bedrooms are perfect retreats for restful nights. The first bedroom features a comfortable box-spring double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom is furnished with two box-spring single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for a deep and restful sleep and each includes a wardrobe.
The bathroom features a modern, walk-in shower, toilet, washer-dryer, towel warmer, and hairdryer.
The highlight is the furnished balcony, accessible from all rooms, offering the perfect setting to enjoy beautiful moments and recharge. Here you can truly unwind – whether sunbathing on the lounger, relaxing in the inviting lounge area, or enjoying a refreshing drink with a view of the harbor or the Baltic Sea.
Underfloor heating and an infrared sauna ensure your comfort on cold days – the perfect place to relax and warm up after long walks on the beach. Younger guests are also catered for: a high chair and a travel cot are available.
A private parking space with charging facilities for electric cars and covered bicycle parking are available in front of the building.

Die Wohnung Baltic Pearl ist eine sehr schöne helle Wohnung, mit toller Ausstattung. Das Haus steh..
Die Wohnung Baltic Pearl ist eine sehr schöne helle Wohnung, mit toller Ausstattung. Das Haus steht direkt an der Hafenbeckenkante. Aus dem Bett des großen Schlafzimmer konnte man das Wasser des Hafens sehen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in 3. Etage, so dass man aus dem Wohnzimmer über die Dächer einen Blick auf die Ostsee erhaschen kann. Die Küche ist super und hochwertig ausgestattet, Geschirr in reichlicher Anzahl, so dass sich auch für 2 die Spülmaschine anzustellen lohnt.
Ein kleines Mankow ist die wenig vorhandene Infrastruktur. Es gibt an der Hafenpromenade einen Edeka, der gut sortiert ist. Der Bäcker dort drin war aber trotz wenigen Urlaubern schon Samstag 9.45 Uhr nicht mehr gut sortiert, obwohl er Frühstück bietet. Wer gern Essen geht, hat in direkter Nähe an der Promenade nur ein Restaurant, den dazugehörenden Streetfoodwagen mit leckeren Burgern und während der Edekaöffnungszeiten ein paar Buden u warme Theke. In Olpenitzdorf gibt es ein sehr schönes Lokal und daneben noch einen Imbiss, der leider keine EC-Zahlung hat. Sonst hätten wir auch den getestet. Am Strand gibt es noch ein Restaurant mit Selbstbedienung, da hatten wir leckeren Kuchen.
Aktuell werden noch etliche Ferienunterkünfte neu gebaut.

Die Baltic Pearl hat eine hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurde. Vor allem die Betten waren sehr bequem! Besonders beeindruckend ist die Aussicht: Jeden Morgen kann man den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer genießen. Wir kommen wieder.
