Welcome to your holiday home "Sanfte Brise" in Olpenitz.
On the ground floor, you'll find the large, loft-style living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Another bathroom and a bedroom are located on the upper floor.
The high ceilings and large windows provide plenty of natural light and a spacious feel. This 98 m² detached house boasts a green setting and is very close to the Baltic Sea.
After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace or watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV using the Blu-ray player.
Two travel cots and two highchairs are available for the little ones.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking with the family.
One bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, while the other has two single beds (each 90x200 cm).
The third bedroom upstairs features a double bed (180x200 cm), an additional sofa bed (160x200 cm), and a smart TV.
For restful nights, all bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and mosquito nets.
The bathroom on the ground floor includes a bathtub, a heated towel rail, a washing machine, and the highlight: an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax on cold days.
The second bathroom on the first floor offers a shower, a heated towel rail, a clothes dryer, and a hairdryer.
On sunny days, you can relax on the furnished terrace. Enjoy your vacation days on the sun loungers and spend balmy summer evenings relaxing on the terrace with your family.
The vacation home is designed for a maximum of six adults and two children, as the sofa beds are 160 cm wide.
Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you. Two parking spaces are available for your car in front of the house.
