House by the Fjord - Private Parking Space, Washing Machine, EV Charging, Toys

The vacation home "House by the Fjord" is located in the Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz, just a few minutes' walk from the sea and the popular Weidefelder Beach. With approximately 86 m² of living space spread over two floors, it offers room for up to five people and is ideal for families, couples, or friends.
The house has two comfortable bedrooms with large box-spring beds. Three smart TVs, blackout curtains, and insect screens in all rooms ensure restful nights. A variety of pillow sizes are also available. The living area is comfortably furnished and separated from the separate kitchen area by a hallway, providing additional peace and quiet and a clear layout.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering. Two bathrooms provide extra comfort: one with a walk-in shower and infrared sauna, the other with a bathtub. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove create a cozy and inviting atmosphere all year round.
The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill, inviting you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. A private parking space directly at the house and an electric car charging station are also available.
Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed in the holiday home. The Matrosenring road has been fully completed since November 2025; however, some construction work may still be taking place further away.
