Need bathroom amenities

Everything was great except no bathroom amenities. Travelling a lot, there has ALWAYS been shampoo and conditioner to use. I did not bring any and was very disappointed that there was none. The front desk lady tried to find some but could only find a bar of soap. Really not suitable for women’s hair!!! Even at a purchase option would be ideal.

I booked a king suite at 6 pm and my reservation was switched to a queen bed at 9 pm. no email to advise of the change or call. The property has been updated and everything was nice and clean . The 2 issues i had was they needed a cash deposit. No receipt supplied for this deposit . And they undated the whole place just the leave the nasty carpet that looks like it survived a few dead bodies.
