I get a chalet style room, outside main building, at least 2 big bug into room daily. I didn’t achieved to get a coffee in the lobby, even if they have a coffee shop. Same thing at the breakfast, we have to speak loud to get coffee.

Great hotel for a quick stop by Karachi

The hotel is really nice, staff flexible and very good service overall. The hotel is close from the airport but quiet far from the center. For business trip might be suitable if your customers/partners can come there.

Property is close enough to the airport for a quick lay over but it’s not worth the price

Very bad staff attitude

One of the worst experiences I have ever seen. The reception staff is very rude and unprofessional. One of the room service entered my room at night while I was out and took the iron without my permission and the receptionist did nothing regarding this issue even though they don't have a complaint form to fill they just gave me a white paper to write my complain.
