Eine Wohnung, die schön ist, die aber an manchen kleinen Punkten eine Erneuerung vertragen kann. Angesichts zahlreicher Kinder im Haus und wegen dem genutzten schönen Spielgarten insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern sicherlich gut geeignet. Ruhige und gute Lage.

Unsere Wohnung war in einem schmutzigen Zustand und unsere Ansprechpartner waren sehr unfreundlich. Es wurde uns nicht zugehört und wir bekamen nur patzige Antworten. Wir können unser Domizil leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Sauberkeit kennt man nicht

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns dort überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt, da es sehr dreckig war und Fliesen und auch Laminat kaputt waren, was auf den Fotos natürlich nicht gezeigt wird. Hinzukam, dass Staub mindestens 4-6 Wochen nicht gewischt wurde. An den Wänden und an den Lampen hingen unzählige Spinngewebe. In den Schränken mochte man nichts legen, so versifft. In der Wohnung ist ein Aushang, dass die Wohnung besenrein zu verlassen ist und auch die Mülleimer zu entsorgen sind, wobei man für die Endreinigung zahlen muss. Wir vermuten, dass dort nicht noch mal gewischt wird und die nächste Familie die von uns besenreine Wohnung erhalten wird. Sehr schade, dass man so viel Geld für die Wohnung bezahlt…

Wohnung top eingerichtet, Kathi und Björn sind sowohl menschlich als auch als Vermieter ne Wucht, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen!
