Stunning home in Livaki

This very nice and comfortably furnished vacation home has a large and well-kept garden with a small children's playground and swimming pool. It is located in the heart of the peninsula. The surrounding area is very quiet and offers many hiking and biking opportunities. Several beautiful beaches are only half an hour's drive from the house. Be sure to visit the old town of Motovun and enjoy the beautiful views in the small restaurant. The surroundings are simply beautiful. The river Pazincica ends its above-ground course in the Pazin Gorge and flows under the fort wall and continues underground to the south. The impressive Pazin Gorge, also called Jama, inspired many travel writers to look at and write about the unique natural wonder. In Pazin there is a big market every month, where various truths and products are offered.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten in Istrien.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten in Istrien. Das Haus hat eine schöne überdachte Terrasse nach Süden, welche meist Schatten bietet. Der Pool ist sauber und wurde 2x wöchentlich von Spezialisten gewartet, geprüft und gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank ist für 8 Personen etwas klein, dafür der Gefrierschrank mit 8 Schubladen doppelt so groß. Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Betten sind bequem. Der Zustand der ganzen Anlage ist sehr gut.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Pazin, 15min mit dem Auto. Porec oder andere Strandabschnitte sind in 30min zu erreichen.Durch die einsame Lage und kaum Lichtverschmutzung auch sehr gut für Sternenkucker nachts.Fazit: Empfehlenswert
