Because we’re small we can serve Guest preferences better than a large resort. We recommend if you’re looking for a large resort, pls check some other options.Our happiest Guests researched for a Boutique destination full service 4.5 Star resort at a reasonable price surrounded by nature but within reasonable walking distance (10-15 minutes) of the Beach and Town. Our happiest Guests appreciate our SkyPool and reasonably priced services: Laundry, Food & Beverage, Spa Services (both complimentary and paid), Tour Bookings etc. Many say they never felt a need to leave the resort.Although Google walking times are 11 minutes to the beach and 13 minutes to Karon Village Center (using the new shortcut), We would like to note transportation options:* Please note 5 minutes walking from our driveway, you can be on the Nong Harn Lake footpath which is the largest beachside park in Phuket.* Our complimentary Beach Shuttle runs 2 times daily* Use phone App like Bolt or Grab. Dear Max Paul,It was our pleasure to Serve you even though you didn't realize it. Our Team can not speak French so communications can be difficult.Please note the coffee machine was not broken but it has to be filled with water in the morning and was available at 06:30 sharp. If you come a little early, please just ask Team to set it up faster and they'll be happy to help. And good news is we'll start having the coffee available at 06:00 as of today for our other Guests since you won't be visiting us anymore.We also noted that although we were fully booked, our Team managed to help you extend your stay from 25 nights to 37 nights. 99% of our Guests not only love our Team but remember them by name for the things they do like that. Now we wonder why you wanted to extend stay if you were so unhappy. And then we gave you a complimentary ensuite lounge room on your check out day so you didn't have to shower in the gym etc before your 22:00 departure. Most guests give us a giant Thank You for stuff like that.
