Quite far from train station, about 15 mins walk. Quiet inconvenient location, no dining options except few options at station vicinity. But have 2 convenience stores nearby. Staff - not all of them friendly or warm. Room comfortable, spacious but sofa bed ( triple room booking) was terribly hard & uncomfortable- basically just a wooden frame with a thin tatami.

Repeat stay - Great hotel
Posted Dec. 11, 2023 on HotelsThis the second time staying in this hotel as the environment is good. It is not too far from the train station and there is a family mart just beside the hotel.
There is even shuttle bus service from hotel to train station and ski resort.
The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and supportive.

It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Shopping Plaza. Staff is courteous and helpful.

A super comfy room a few minutes walk from the station with free basic breakfast. It’s about a 30 min walk to Ginza Dori. Only two small complaints would be; 1. so much light in the room of a night… between the LED lights on the air con unit, the humidifier machine and the smoke detectors it was a bit of a light show. 2. Advertised check in time is 3pm. I arrived at 2.40pm and they literally made me sit in the foyer to exactly 3pm on the dot even though I could see no evidence that rooms were still being cleaned.. Seemed they were making me wait to the absolute second for no reason other than because they could. After 6 hours of travelling I really didn’t appreciate the rigidity of their check in time.
