Villa La Mer has been beautifully furnished and offers fabulous views over Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands. The floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood into the villa and make the most of those Kalkan sunsets. Beautiful vistas can be enjoyed from all rooms including bathrooms.

Spacious and contemporary living, kitchen and dining area of total 90 sqm.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with 50” Smart TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels and a DVD player. There is an electrical fireplace.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, full oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Large dining table for eight people.
A separate utility room houses a washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Doors from the living area lead out onto the villa's pool terrace.

1 Double bedroom with Super King size bed (200cmx200cm). If needed bed can be transformed to 2 separate beds (100cmx200cm) En-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with an amazing Kalkan view and Rain shower. 30 sqm.

Outside the villa:
The large pool terrace has an infinity-edged pool for sole use with dimensions of approximately 12mtx5.25mt and 1.5 mts deep. The pool has shallow sun lounge and kids pool area as well as 2.5mtx2mt Jacuzzi.
A shaded al-fresco dining area and seating area with a comfortable garden sofa from which to enjoy the view over the bay. Total lounge area of 70 sqm.
