Villa Sahin provides the perfect retreat with excellent facilities. Relax and enjoy the tranquillity and peaceful surroundings our villa boasts. Kalkan harbour is just a 10 to 15 minute ride away from us. Fully air-conditioned throughout. This spacious property offers: 3 Large bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. 1 double room with king size bed, bedroom 2 with king size bed and a family room with king size bed and 2 singles. The private pool secluded is 32 square metres with a non slip paved surrounding. This area also has table and chairs, sunbeds and a built in barbecue for daytime snacks or maybe a midnight feast! (pool cleaned and treated daily early morning).The comfortable lounge overlooks the upstairs terrace area and provides you with the following facilities. A modern living room with a comfortable 3 piece suite, Satellite T.V, with Netflix,Wi-Fi, and wireless internet connection. Patio doors that lead to the main terrace which looks out over breath-taking views, mountains, sea and greenery. The terrace is fully furnished with table and chairs, parasol and sun loungers. A wonderful setting for lazy days and perfect evenings admiring the views and watching the stars over the beautiful village. Fully fitted kitchen that opens onto the terrace with cooking hob, cooker, oven, grill, microwave, Air fryer large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (tea towels provided). Outside you can cool down and swim in your own private freshwater swimming pool. The BBQ area is set on the terrace which is fully furnished with dining table, chairs and loungers. Umbrellas are provided for shade in the summer heat, the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, read a book or simply chill-out. The villa is set in beautiful Mediterranean gardens with flowers, grapevines, olive, pomegranate and fig trees. A romantic setting for couples and perfect for family holidays.

The villa is a perfect with all the facilities required and in a great location the outside pool area is wonderful, with the most fantastic views, every single evening is a beautiful event watching the sunset between the taurus mountains and the sea. Mehmet is a fantastic host and organised the connections of picking us up from Fethiye port and dropping us off at Dalaman airport as well as arranging trips to Kastellorizo and Kekova. All essential foodstuffs available on arrival and the odd treat left as well. leaving us to enjoy a perfect, relaxing holiday.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Şahin 1. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and set in the most peaceful location with breathtaking views over the mountains and coastline. Waking up each morning to that view was a real highlight.The house had everything we needed and more, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor seating areas, and a lovely private pool which was cleaned daily. It was perfect for our two young children, who played in the fantastic pool all day.Our host Mehmet was fantastic. He was warm, welcoming, and always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive. He also recommended a taxi driver when we didn’t fancy driving into town for dinner. We did this several times with the fabulous Onur, whose number we left on the fridge in the kitchen (90 (543) 945 18 40). A simple WhatsApp with the time you want to be collected or picked up is all it takes. He was one of the nicest people we met in Turkey; genuine, great with the kids, and by the end of our stay he felt like a friend. The fares were also very reasonable.Kalkan itself is only a short drive away with plenty of amazing restaurants, shops, and the harbour. We also loved the tranquillity of Uzumlu where the villa is located. We had the best of both worlds, peaceful and private yet close enough to explore everything the area has to offer.We could not recommend the Villa highly enough. It is a perfect retreat for anyone looking for comfort, space and a truly special setting

Fantastic first trip to Turkey

The accommodation and location are spot on! The accommodation is fantastic - spacious, clean, well furnished, bright, loads of areas to relax / eat / kids to play. It has everything anyone could possibly want. Mem is a truly great host - fantastic up front communication and so helpful during the stay, waiting up very late to welcome us and even arranging a welcome pack and pizzas to feed the hungry guests. The area has loads to offer if you have your own transport (can’t comment on public transport) including beaches, stunning gorge walk, places to eat, towns and villages to visit, snorkelling, walking, ruins, caves etc etc. 11 days was not enough!

Nigh Perfect - one of best bangs for buck ever with a perfect villa host

The villa is just like it looks in the pictures, it really is that beautiful, it was impeccably clean, with everything you need. The location was just perfect for us, high enough up the mountains to be a few degrees cooler, but only a 15m drive or £10 for a taxi into Kalkan which really is very nice, so much prettier than Kas, Fethiye or Oludeniz feel much more upmarket with all the pretty little shops and restaurant’s, no tacky neon light strip here. You have near perfect privacy and the pool is just divine. Mehmet the owner was the icing on the cake, our own friend in Kalkan. First our plane was delayed, and we were going to arrive to late for the restaurants and take aways, so he arranged for take away pizza to be there when we arrived, I’m thinking how nice is that! but that was just the start, we needed water shoes to go on the jeep safari, so my wife msg Mehmet where’s best to get some, he was at the market so picked some up for us, he arranged the car hire and transfers for us at very good rates, and some of our days out, (best rep ever) and on the last day when we checked out, he made sure we were looked after right up until we got picked up, He made our holiday feel like we were visiting family or friends, we enjoyed our time so very much and will return for sure! I really can’t recommend this villa and Mehmet enough, if you pick this villa you will have a truly wonderful holiday.

Great Villa , secluded for privacy.

This was our second time staying at this villa, and it was just as amazing as our first visit. Everything about our experience was truly perfect. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging airport transfers and car hire with great efficiency. The villa itself is spotless and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The outdoor area was exactly what we had hoped for—beautiful, private, and well-maintained, with a lovely pool and grounds. The villa provides complete seclusion, offering the privacy our family needed, which was a true delight. The air conditioning was flawless, and there was always plenty of hot water. I can’t praise this villa enough. We’ve already recommended it to friends whenever Turkey comes up in conversation. Thank you once again, and I eagerly anticipate our return to Üzümlü and Villa Shahin.

What can we say - we loved it here. If you love stunning scenery and absolute privacy in a delightful rural location with friendly locals yet only 15 minutes drive from Kalkan you will too. Mehmet, the owner, who has lived in the UK for years, happened to be there so all our communications were with him. He was lovely, extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. Prior to arriving the communications were good and he was always available if we needed anything but wasn’t at all obtrusive. The house itself is lovely - really well stocked kitchen (even an air fryer) and very clean (if we have one criticism it is the fact that there was no ‘mood lighting’ and the lights were quite bright - we mentioned this and Mehmet gave us a lamp which helped) but the real wow factor is the outdoor area which is a delight. If you need it there is always somewhere shady (we went in late April and it was full sun and mid 20s) and there are loads of chairs and loungers. It was warm enough to swim in the pool which was a bonus. (Mehmet also showed us his other smaller property next door which had a real wow factor and which we would also have been delighted to stay in). Be aware that being in a village there are sounds of chickens and dogs - we personally love this. Kalkan itself is lovely as is Kaş - the coastal drive there is off the scale. Lovely beach on the way (Kaputaş). A really relaxing, memorable and recommendable holiday.

We recently spent 12 nights at Villa Sahin in Uzumlu, positioned in the Taurus mountains just outside Kalkan. Fabulous stay in this spacious 3 bedroom villa and Mehmet the owner could not have been more helpful or accommodating to our needs. The Villa comes fully equipped and has far reaching views over sea and mountains. The position is great, so quiet and peaceful and only 15 minutes to Kalkan by Taxi. Lots of outdoor space and with a llarge terrace with barbecue and a very attractive pool area. We look forward to our next return. During our stay both Ermine and Hussain were extremely helpful . Amazing Villa

We have been staying in holiday villas for over 20 years and I can truly say that this is the cleanest most beautiful pool we have ever had and view is breathtaking. Villa has everything you need it really does. We were delayed on our way to the villa and we arrived at 3:40 am but Hussain was kindly waiting for us to let us in and show us around - that was so nice and so kind. Schöner, ruhiger Familienurlaub

Sehr schöner ruhiger Ort zum erholen. Patara,Kapitas Plaj und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis von 20 km problemlos mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Familie von Mehmet Abi ist sehr,sehr nett ,zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Fast jeden Tag haben wir frisches Gemüse von Emine Abla bekommen.Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft auch schon voll mit Sachen die man zum Frühstück benötigt Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals für alles.

Die schönste Seite der Türkei gesehen.

Die Villa liegt in einer ländlichen Region in Kalkan, mit Sicht auf Meer und Gebirge und fern vom Massentourismus. Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet Es ist alles vorhanden. Der Pool war zu unserer Zeit leider zu kühl zum Schwimmen, da die Außentemperaturen meist um die 20 grad waren. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war super freundlich, vor Ort haben sich Emine und Hüseyin um die Villa gekümmert und waren immer bereit bei Problemen zu helfen. Wir können die guten Vor-Kommentare nur bestätigen und würden diese Villa gerne bald wieder mieten.

This is our third visit to kalkan and by far the best villa we have ever stayed in. The owners Mehmet & Donna were helpful from start of our journey, answering all our queries and making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The villa itself was well maintained and in a very private area which makes you feel your in a luxury hidden spot. However not to far away from the villa you have an amazing pide restaurant and uzumulir market which had all our essentials for the week. Husein the shop keeper was always helpful. The highlight of the villa was the stunning views from the balcony. We were also given a generous welcome package which we really appreciated. Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage mit super Außenanlage

Sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Pool in toller Außenanlage. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt, ein kleines Geschäft fußläufig. Dessen Inhaber war sehr freundlich, hatte immer etwas Besonderes im Angebot und legte dem Einkauf häufig Obst u.ä. bei. Die Hausverwalter Hussein und seine Frau Emina haben uns sehr zuvorkommend umsorgt, u.a. mit selbst zubereiteten Speisen. Wir haben uns in den drei Wochen dort herzlich willkommen und wirklich wohl gefühlt.
