This exclusive holiday villa is situated in Kriopigi, one of the most beautiful places in Chalkidiki, just 80 kilometers from Thessaloniki. The villa is 300 meters from a beautiful sandy beach and provides stunning views across the sea.

Kriopigi is located on the peninsula Kassandra of Chalkidiki. It is built amphitheatrical on the slopes of the green hills and has a wonderful views towards the Gulf of Kassandra. The area has been inhabited since ancient times and Kriopigi is built in the place of the ancient towns Neapolis and Flegra. The excellent climate, the combination of green mountains and the clear sea (two blue flags award) together with highly qualified service and hospitality establish Kriopigi as the most distinguished resort of the area.

The exterior of the house is amazing. There are 4000 sqm with well maintained lawns, palm trees, pine trees, olive trees and a fully equipped large barbeque kiosk. The villa offers a private pool of 50 square meters.

And from the spacious balcony on the first floor you can enjoy the sea views.

The villa boasts five bedrooms and can host up to twelve people. It consists of two floors and a semi basement.

The ground floor features a large and comfortable living room with a fantastic fire place and a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also hosts two bedrooms of 15 square meters each, one has one double bed and the other has two single beds. There also is one of the villa's three bathrooms on this floor (two bathrooms are fitted with a bath tub, the third bathroom has a shower).

The first floor has one master bedroom of 40 square meters with a living room and a fire place and two bedrooms of 15 square meters each: one has one double bed and the other two single beds. The remaining two bathrooms are also on this floor.

On the semi basement you will find a play room (with lots of toys for children) together with a large storage area.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has also a central heating system, providing living comfort all year around. There is a TV in every room, as well as a DVD player and wi-fi internet.

Chalkidiki is a three-pronged peninsula located south of the city of Thessaloniki. It comprises of three smaller peninsulas Kassandra, Sithonia and Athos. Chalkidiki has the longest stretch of coastline, approximately 550 km, than any other mainland prefecture in Greece. It is a famous destination for families, couples and friends.

The Golden, sun-drenched sandy beaches in Chalkidiki, the idyllic gulfs, the traditional villages and the modern vacation resorts, the scattered islets, the sheltered coves, the pine-clad hills dropping to the sea, all together make up the picture of the modern-day in Chalkidiki.
