Hotel close to a beach which seemed inattended

Contre : managing !!
The management of the hotel seems to have no experience managing a 4 star hotel. No skill for tourism tips in the area. The cleaning was done after the 3rd day, dinner offered half board was really below all we could expect from a 4 star hotel. We came in a group to spend 4 days half board. But from the second day, we gave up meals.
The waiters are dedicated but they seem lacking means.

Amazing stay and the best staff!
Publié le 2 juill. 2020 sur HotelsThis hotel is really amazing, the value that you get for your money is a lot, with the hotel being right next to the beach, the nice swimming pool, big and bright rooms and amazing service. The owner especially was amazing to us and recommend nice places to visit during our stay. One of the moat amazing service that I’ve ever gotten at a hotel.

We arrived on time and we were waiting for a whole hour before we were able to go to the room.
The room was dark and you could smell mold!
We paid for dinner as additional charges when booking. Big mistake! They were laterally offering only fish heads salad! Not only us but everyone wasn’t eating! We were shocked.
We spent the night there and left in the morning to a different hotel. Front desk agreed to all companies (about mold and food) and provided stamped check out “sticky note” with date and time of the check out. After that hotel refused to refund our money! Even when experts from Expedia reach out to them they refused to refund the days that we did not stay in “hotel”.
Pure hazard! Please avoid it!
