Sea is just 1 meter and the nearest beach is some 400 meters away. Towns Split and Trogir are a 10-15 minute drive from the villa and they are an excellent choice for a day trip.Villa The View consists of two floors. On the upper floor, you will find 4 bright and modernly furnished double bedrooms. All bedrooms are facing south and have a sea view and exit to the balcony. Baby cot and baby chair are available on request.The ground floor is a large open space area with a fully equipped, kitchen with an abundance of kitchen appliances, including a coffee machine, blender, juicer, kettle, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, ice machine, and microwave. An Eight-person dining table sits in the center of this space. The living room with a comfortable 3-person sofa and two armchairs feature a flat-screen TV. The satellite channels and Netflix are available. The entire rental home is full of natural light thanks to the wall-to-wall glass doors.Stepping out onto the terrace you will notice a sizeable infinity pool (40 m2). Sun loungers and chairs are provided. There is an outdoor sitting area with a 3-person sofa that is ideal for laying back and enjoying a refreshing cocktail or a good glass of wine. Big gas barbecue and outdoor dining table are ideal for preparing tasteful meals and eating alfresco. Villa has 2 parking spaces for regular-size cars.Villa The View is the ideal place to spend a vacation away from crowded tourist centers.
