Excellent place to stay in Thamel. Very clean rooms, good bed, shower, great breakfast. Good location with access to everything yet quiet. Very pleasant garden atmosphere inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful for arranging transportation for us to Pokhara. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at Taleju boutique hotel! Impeccably clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. Perfectly located with easy access to attractions. Highly recommend for a wonderful experience!

Nice little oasis compound of comfort in Thamel
As advertised. Vice nice for the low, low price. Good location, close to most everything in the Thamel area. Staff are very friendly & attentive-they actually interact w/you in a real way unlike at the 4 hotels I stayed in Northern India for 10 days after this stop-in general I found Nepalis way more friendly & mellow then the abrupt & nervous/jittery Indians. The Momos and the Newar trad assorted item plated dinner of Samay Baji w/chicken in the restaurant were great. My room was well appointed & comfortable w/good lighting including electrical outlets where I didn't even have to use my convertor plugs. Finally, at the bar/restaurant cool young dude Abin was great to chat with & he went above & beyond by taking me to the spot where I saw the packaged buffalo jerky the day before when I was on my walking tour. Make sure you check in w/him for info, etc. Overall, a pleasant surprise.

Clean and comfortable rooms with good amenities. Breakfast included lots of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful including room service. 10minute walk to durbar Square with plenty of places to eat and shop in between. We would stay here again

Great hotel so close to all the shops in Thamel. Staff were pleasant and room was very spacious. Lots of amenities in the room like free bottled water, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel ect. Comfy beds too! A few little things though. Door didn’t lock so had to take all my valuables with me when I went out the room. There was an awful noise of running water then some form of loud machine or something all night coming from the hotel. Didn’t sleep too well because of it. Shame because it’s tucked away in a quiet area of Thamel. Treatments at the spa are a must but they didn’t offer all of them. I wanted a few things but only ended up getting a massage so do ask before just in case any treatments aren’t available. Breakfast was awful, hardly any choice at all so ended up going out to one of the bakery’s instead.
