We arrived late in the evening (10:30 pm) and the lady at the desk seems to be bothered with our arrival. The room we got in as hot and AC barely blew luke warm air and the room never got cool all night. The room is also noisy since the AC is really old and rattles. You can also hear the everyone outside the room.

Good location but no wifi

Fine motel 30-min drive from Monument Valley. Positives: location, some food options nearby, decent pool. Main negative: Wifi was not working, which is a significant issue in that area where cellular signal is very limited.

The bed was good and the shower was nice. The WiFi wasn’t working it should be removed from amenities description it’s been out for a while. Check in staff was more business like than friendly . No problem finding restaurants. It was a nice place to stay.

Nous avons ete tres déçus de cet hôtel qui figure parmi les plus cher de notre road trip (200€/nuit) et qui est moins bien équipé quun motel premier prix... Pas de frigo ni de micro-ondes dans la chambre et refus du restaurant de chauffer un plat pour notre fils... Aucune isolation acoustique. Pas d'ascenseur. Et les hôtesses d'accueil ne sont ni aimables, ni arrangeantes... En clair grosse déception !

Avoid and drive on!

The young girl checking me in was less than helpful to the point of her boredom of the job showed through in her service. The internet was not working while we stayed there and there was no compensation given for this. The room was equivalent to a motel six at best, complete with stained towels, dark as a bat cave and carpet that needed repairs. And all of this for a price of OVER $200!

They didn’t have wifi for the duration of our stay and signal was very bad. The receptionist at check in was so nonchalant about it and couldn’t even say when they will have wifi back which left me with the impression that it’s a common occurrence. We had bugs in our room, strands of hair on one of the pillows and on bathroom counter, and the grossest of all was the fake eyelashes stuck to the back of the complimentary makeup remover packet. No microwave or fridge and their coffeemaker is in the bathroom. Only desk was the table between the beds. Comfortable bed, acceptable bath space and pool size is comparable to a home pool.
