The room and service was very good. We were surprised to find that there were only 1 towel and 1 cup of coffee in the room ??? Like only one person would come !

Am Empfang wurden wir sehr gut empfangen. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Sie Stadt war nah.

Nice place in Kayseri

Kayseri/Melikgazi'de bulunan, yeni yahut yenilenmiş şehir oteli. Yalnız gezgin olarak yaptığım seyahatimde Kayseri uğrağında bu oteli kullandım. Çok memnun kaldım tavsiye ediyorum. Hotel is located at Malikgazi district in Kayseri. The place is new or renewed, super cosy and clean place to stay. I suggest to visit this place if you will visit Kayseri.

Schönes Hotel mit Mängeln

Sehr schönes Hotel mit größtenteils hervorragendem Personal (Empfang und Reinigung), was trotzdem leider nicht alles erfüllt, was es verspricht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, da gibt es nix zu meckern. Einen Pool und den Spa-Bereich sucht man jedoch vergebens. Laut Empfang gibt es beides noch nicht bzw. ist im Bau. Dann aber bitte erst in den Merkmalen angeben, wenn dies fertig ist. Ich habe explizit nach einem Hotel mit Pool gesucht. Weiterhin war jedoch das Personal sehr nett, außer im Frühstücksbereich, wo es wohl ein Problem war, dass man erst 9:30 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt. Hier wurde man die ganze Zeit verächtlich angeschaut und es wurde direkt unterm Tisch und Sitz gekehrt, obwohl es da nix zu kehren gab und sonst nix im Raum gekehrt wurde. Sowas macht man nicht, wenn da ein Gast sitzt.
