Our house is an old Alsatian house, from 1786, on three levels served by stairs.
On the first floor, there is the living room, the dining room, a table with 5 chairs, the bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, the office and the kitchen, equipped.
Upstairs, a large master bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, a children's bedroom with a double bed as well, and a toilet area, with sink and toilet.

Excellent location! Beautiful apartment right in town. Kitchen was stocked with everything on could want. Ample supply of towels and toilet paper. Kitchen even had the basic cooking supplies. Host was super nice and responsive. Loved everything about stay in Kaysersberg

Der Vermieter Jean hat sich extrem gut um einen gekümmert. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wohnung liegt super zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Einziges Manko war, dass es keine Türen vor dem einen Schlafzimmer und dem oberen Bad gibt, sondern nur Vorhänge.

Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés. Elle est idéalement située dans Kaysesberg et tout est prévu pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Jean est un hôte disponible, agréable et arrangeant. Encore merci!

Wohnung sehr dunkel und nicht sauber

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Leider wurde nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht, was wir etwas eklig fanden. Sobald man in der Küche kochen möchte, fällt einem das auf. Der Kühlschrank wurde gar nicht sauber gemacht. Die Badezimmer waren ok. Wir haben aber auch alte Haare gefunden.

Parfait

Logement conforme à la description. Site et situation ok. Au coeur du village et pourtant tres calme. Bebe a pu faire ses siestes sans probleme. Rapport qualite prix optimal. C'est sans doute l'un des logements les moins chers de la ville. Alors pas de quoi discuter. Quelques petites choses sont dans leur jus mais l'essentiel est la. Cuisine tres bien. Chambres ok. Salle de bains ok. Jean est tres disponible et donne des reponses à toutes les questions. On a passe une très bonne semaine. Vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés. Si on a l'occasion de revenir dans les environs on reviendra ici si le logement est disponible. Au plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, idéalement située en plein centre de Kaysersberg. La maison est un pied-à-terre parfait pour découvrir la région : nous avons pu visiter Colmar, la Montagne des Singes et le château du Haut-Koenigsbourg. La communication est très facile avec les propriétaires.Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour un séjour en Alsace !"

La comunicación con el anfitrión y la llegada fue perfecta. La casa es hermosa, super bien ubicada en unonde los pueblos mas hermosos de Alsacia. Esta muy bien equipada. Una cocina conpleta y luminosa. Los baños muy amplios y toda la casa impecablemente limpia. Muy amables el anfitrion.

Location confortable dans une belle ville.

Nous avons séjourné chez Jean début décembre, nous avons été très satisfaits de la maison et du traitement de Jean. La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, c'est une maison chaleureuse et calme. Le traitement avec Jean a été très cordial et attentionné, il tenait à ce que nous allions bien. Le logement est fortement recommandé, vous êtes au cœur de la ville, l'enregistrement et le départ sont simples. Les photos sont représentatives du logement.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben die Tage in der schönen, sehr geräumigen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Sehr netter Empfang mit Wein, elsässer Gugelhupf und Süßigkeiten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Colmar, in die Weindörfer und den übrigen Sehenswürdigkeiten des Elsass. Kommunikation mit Jean war sehr gut, auch wenn wir uns leider nicht persönlich getroffen haben.

Spacieux et centre ville

Quelle bonne surprise ce logement! Rapport qualité/prix imbattable, très grand logement, en plein centre ville historique de Kaysersberg, parfait pour visiter les marchés de Noël. Sans oublier, les petites attentions du propriétaire (vin, gâteaux, sucreries...) qui sont la grosse cerise sur un beau gâteau :) J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir ! Eine wundervolle Woche Kaysersberg

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung von Jean. Die Wohnung in dem alten Haus ist mit viel Aufwand errichtet worden. Man kann sehen, dass die Wohnung immer wieder mit sehr viel Engagement und kreativen Einfällen in Stand gehalten wird. Die Wohnung ist wie bei Fewodirekt beschrieben und sehr sauber, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Lage in der Mitte von Kaysersberg liegt perfekt mit der Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus und hat ein überzeugendes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Jean hat uns eine sehr gute Zufahrtserklärung zugeschickt und auch ansonsten ist Jean ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Der Weg von nur 100m zum Bäcker und einer Konditorei ist mehr als nur angenehm. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an Nichts. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Toilette auf der Etage der Schlafzimmer, damit entfällt die nächtliche Kletterei beim Toilettengang. Die Wohnung ist groß bemessen, es können vier Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern einen herrlichen Urlaub verbringen. Für einen perfekten Urlaub mit dem Besuch von vielen alten Städten ist es unabdingbar, feste Schuhe mit einer weichen Sohle (Sneaker) zu tragen, denn sonst wird das Pflaster treten zur Tortur. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen, um all das noch anzusehen, was wir gerne noch erlebt hätten.

Fijn verblijf

Een fijne woning op een mooie locatie. Voldoende ruimte voor 5-6 personen en voldoende voorzieningen. Gelegen aan een rustige binnenplaats. Desondanks zit je met enkele stappen midden in het centrum van Kaysersberg.

Séjour en Alsace

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Alsace chez Jean. La maison est très bien située pour découvrir la région. Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Jean mais il reste très joignable et l'accès à la maison est facile. La maison est facile à vivre, la cuisine est grande et les chambres confortables. Le séjour manque un peu de luminosité. Nous y retournons sans hésiter si nos retournons dans la région!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement situé dans Kaiserberg. Situé en centre ville, il est très spacieux et bien aménagé pour la convivialité, la cuisine, le rangement et l'accessibilité à plusieurs emplacements pour les tablettes et les ordinateurs !
