Explore the Almaguin Highlands all year round! Endless hiking trails on the western edge of Algonquin Park. ATV and snowmobile paradise. The Sand Lake area is ideal for outdoor adventurers. Or just enjoy beautiful sunsets from the Muskoka Room or waterfront firepit.
Spacious 3 bedroom cottage with wide west facing beach on beautiful Sand Lake. Lots of room to walk around this large lakefront property with all day sun. Central air conditioning and high efficiency furnace keeps the cottage interior as you like it plus there is a cozy wood burning stove. There is a large dining room and west facing Muskoka room to watch sunsets. The firepit is located by the waterfront.
The cottage is located on HWY 518 so there is no dirt road access requirement.
WIFI is included.
Central heating and air conditioning .
Large Dock, Stand up Paddle Board, Kayak and Pedal Boat available for use.
Cottage was just renovated thus no summer pictures available yet.
Exterior security cameras located on garage and cottage door.
